Choosing the Right Realtor

This is step one and one of the most important parts of your transaction. It’s really pretty simple, if you don’t have the right Realtor for your property it could just sit there on the market for months or even years. We understand that your time is valuable and time is money. We also understand that there is a real value to getting your property sold as fast as possible. We know what it takes, where to look, how to look and what questions to ask when making this very important decision.

There is a lot to choosing the right Realtor. This can be time consuming, but it’s time well spent. We offer the service of doing this for you and we offer two options. They are as follows,

1. a.Our team does the required research of your current local market to come up with a list of potential Realtors.
   

2. b.We then go through a phone interview process to bring it down to the short list.
   

3. c.We then have face to face interviews to bring it down to the best three.
   

4. d.We prepare a report with our opinions and suggestions and present it to you.
   

5. e.You now make your own decision from the list of three.

1. 1.Referral Fee, Free to you
   

1. a.Our team does the required research of your current local market to come up with a list of potential Realtors.
   

2. b.We then go through a phone interview process to bring it down to the short list.
   

3. c.We have face to face interviews to bring it down to the best person for the job.
   

4. d.We prepare and present to you a report on the agent we have selected for you and why.
   

5. e.We arrange your appointment with your Realtor and you move forward.

Note:

On the referral fee option, the Realtor agrees to pay FWH Professional Group’s licensed representative a referral fee which is a percentage of their commission. It doesn’t change anything in your transaction. Our services become free to you and you have no out of pocket expense to us for this service. We want to be up front and honest and disclose to you that we personally make more from this option than we do with the flat fee option. On the other hand, if for any reason your property doesn’t sell, we personally don’t get paid a cent by anyone. As you can see it is also in our best interest to pick the best person for the job.

Full Service Combo Package

This is a full service package which is designed to maximize your service while minimizing your cost for those services. With this package you get the One on One Consultation Package and our Select Your Realtor service which have a combined value of over $700.00 absolutely free. It’s as easy as One – Two – Three.

Step One:

You receive the One on One Consultation Package at the regular price of $275.00 which is paid at time of service.

Step Two:

You receive the Referral Fee Pick Your Realtor Package.

Step Three:

Your property is marketed and sold by your Realtor. FWH Professional Group receives their Referral Fee as per their agreement with your Realtor. From this fee you are reimbursed the $275.00 you paid for your one on one consultation session in full, making your out of pocket expense for our services absolutely zero. Your reimbursement will go directly to you as part of your closing, given to you at settlement and will show on your HUD settlement sheet.
